With mile upon mile of beautiful golden sand, warm seas and great
temperatures, Costa del Sol holidays have been a firm favourite for
years. Add on great golf courses and fantastic excursions and you
have a great holiday destination on the Costa del Sol.
The Costa
del Sol can be split between east and west - the western side of
Malaga being the most popular with the most well known resorts.
Stretched
out along the southern coastline from the Portuguese border,
Costa de La Luz, round via Gibraltar to the Costa del Sol and Costa
de Almeria, it stretches along 300kms of fabulous coastline.
boasting dozens of golf courses.
Andalusia comprises Spain's eight most southerly
provinces and is bordered by the Sierra Morena, the Atlantic and the
Mediterranean.
The Costa del Sol includes about 300km of the Spanish
Mediterranean Coast belonging to the Provinces of Granada, Malaga
and Cadiz. The coast is a series of large beaches, coves hidden
among cliffs, harbours and fishing villages. Its mild climate and
long sunny, summer days have made this area of Spain an ideal
holiday destination for Europeans.
For excursions,
you have the magnificent Alhambra at Granada, the magic of Seville,
the mountain village of Ronda and the caves at Nerja all within
striking distance.
Whatever your taste, you can find it here.
Whether you're looking for sunshine, night life, love golf or just
prefer to hang out and spot the rich and famous on their yachts in
Puerto Banus or shopping in Marbella, the Costa del Sol has
something for you.
Malaga is the centre and capital of the region.
But it is not a holiday resort. To the east, life tends to be a
little quieter with a mountainous landscape whereas further west
there are the lively holiday package resorts of Torremolinos,
Benalmadena and Fuengirola. Chose from a selection of holiday
rentals including apartments, holiday villas with pools, fincas and
town houses we have on offer.
